Absolute bottom of the barrel..I do not recommend.
I have had great experiences with Dr Renfert. She always n takes time to listen and always returns calls promptly.
Dr. Renfert is extremely thorough and very responsive. She spends the time on establishing care with new patients and insists you call if there is anything you need and may have forgotten in the initial visit. She has been prompt in helping fill prescriptions and getting last-minute lab requests in. I haven’t had a more responsive doctor!
Great experience! As others have said she doesn’t have a receptionist.. This makes me no difference to leave a message with a receptionist or a voicemail box! She always gets back with you within a business day! Very thorough in her work!
