Absolutely top notch in every way!
Poor customer service.
I have been a member of Renewed Strength CrossFit for the past 6 or 7 years. I love this place because the presence of the Lord is here. Where two or more people gather in His name, He is with them. In His presence is fullness of joy and the joy of the Lord is our strength! This crew of owners, staff, and plus all of the members were there for me the past few years during a few strokes and a heart attack. I LOVE Renewed Strength. One of the best gyms I have ever been to. The CrossFit classes are especially great - the programming is amazing!
Absolutely terrible customer service. My brother in law and my husband and I walked in excited to boulder the day or so before Thanksgiving. We paid for our passes without a problem and started to boulder. We walked in around 6 or so, thinking we’d have around 3 hours to boulder since the hours on their door and their google hours said they closed at 9pm. The worker behind the desk, who we paid our passes with, walked up to us around 20 minutes later and told us they were closing in 20 minutes. I would like to mention there ... read more
