Dr Felicia is an amazing woman! I met with her during one of the hardest times in my life and I don’t know how I would have made it without her. She is warm and inviting. Talking with her was always so enjoyable. She changed my life!
I was dealing with sheree Cumberbatch who was an intern. Not that helpful. Showed up late, called in advance and when I arrived she was suited and ready to leave. Didnt even sit with me after telling her that I arrived late due to an accident. I advised that I drove 45 mins to get there because I moved and still wanted to use her since we've had three sessions. She didnt care and still proceeded to leave.
