I have been working with Athena the past 3 years and she creates a safe and respectful place to be heard. She listens in a way that I never got from other therapists, and provides me with skills I can use on my own to help with my anxiety, grief, and PTSD. It took a long time to find someone I could trust to be open with and help work on myself, I'm grateful for everything she's taught me and helped me get through!
