I just completed the 6 week Metabolic Reset program and I learned so much. My husband and I lost a combined total of 20lbs. The program teaches you in what order to eat your food, what foods spike your glucose levels, how movement is so important and how to maintain this lifestyle of eating. The staff were wonderful to work with and did weekly checkins and zoom meetings. They also give you tons of resources including shopping list and meal planning. I highly recommend this practice and this program!
