They could figure out my out of pocket expenses so I could decide on easily which pair I need to go with. It was simple and easy to get everything taken care of. Great service!
Dr. seemed annoyed with insurance we were planning to use. Made a point of saying she hadn’t had an Amplifon customer in 4 years. They were the ones that sent us to them, if you don’t like Amplifon take your practice off their list. Upset that my dad wanted to go to Costco and didn’t want to spend the money.
