My visit was to be checked for new hearing aids. Heather reviewed my medical history. When she started the exam, she found I had an abundance of wax in both ears which didn't allow her view my ear canal. I need to get my ears cleansed by a doctor before we proceed. Heather was patient while we contacted my primary care and rescheduled my exam for the day after my doctor's visit. I feel very comfortable with Heather.
