As usual. Heather took whatever time necessary to fine tune my hearing aids. She also shared a significant loss of hearing since my last appointment which she attributed to the possible TIA I was treated for recently. Another excellent visit.
Heather was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and interested in us and the topic of hearing and aids. She was patient in spending time with us. I would highly recommend seeing Heather.
Heather is the best. Personable, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to help your hearing issue. I’ve had hearing aids about 3 1/2 years and I’m happy I can hear again. I wear them everyday. You must, MUST have the attitude that you’re going to wear them. They take a little getting used to but Heather will help you every step of the way.
I appreciated the text messages reminded me of the appointment. The receptionist was very nice. Heather was very professional and offered me what she thought was best. Would recommend this location to anyone seeking hearing aids.
