My visit was to be checked for new hearing aids. Heather reviewed my medical history. When she started the exam, she found I had an abundance of wax in both ears which didn't allow her view my ear canal. I need to get my ears cleansed by a doctor before we proceed. Heather was patient while we contacted my primary care and rescheduled my exam for the day after my doctor's visit. I feel very comfortable with Heather. Dr. seemed annoyed with insurance we were planning to use. Made a point of saying she hadn’t had an Amplifon customer in 4 years. They were the ones that sent us to them, if you don’t like Amplifon take your practice off their list. Upset that my dad wanted to go to Costco and didn’t want to spend the money.
