As usual. Heather took whatever time necessary to fine tune my hearing aids. She also shared a significant loss of hearing since my last appointment which she attributed to the possible TIA I was treated for recently. Another excellent visit.

She fit me with the hearing aids that I needed for my hearing loss . She continues to see me on a regular basis to help with any concerns or issues I may have . I had an excellent experience at Renewed Hearing Solutions. Heather was professional and very knowledgeable regarding hearing loss and other possible contributing factors. She was very helpful.
My visit was to be checked for new hearing aids. Heather reviewed my medical history. When she started the exam, she found I had an abundance of wax in both ears which didn't allow her view my ear canal. I need to get my ears cleansed by a doctor before we proceed. Heather was patient while we contacted my primary care and rescheduled my exam for the day after my doctor's visit. I feel very comfortable with Heather. I was very pleased with the professional service I received during my recent office visit. Heather was very thorough and conducted a detailed exam and explanation on the whole hearing aid process. This is a must for a “first timer”! Thank you ReNewed!!!
