I was assured initially that my hearing aid could be fixed - a broken wire; $95-125, however Heather, the young woman who interacted with me charged $250. When I questioned the amount, she replied " it might be more than the wire" Further, she didn't have the software or parts and had to send my hearing aid somewhere else. 10 business days, plus she was going on a Birthday getaway that extended the time.
