Luis has been extremely responsive and very transparent anytime we've needed a fix. Back in May on a very hot day, our A/C unit stopped producing cold air. Luis responded to my message that night and stopped by the next morning, found the problem, and made the repair that day. Luis was one of the best HVAC technicians to ever assist with our A/C issues. We had reached out to Luis for an A/C part replacement. After he quickly swapped and installed the part, the A/C needed even more work for a communication issue inside our house. Luis spent the time troubleshooting and diagnosing our A/C unit and was able to solve and fix the issue the same day!
