First started training with Graham in 2019 and haven't stopped, a great way to start the day, either via Zoom or a face to face class
I have bern doing classes with Graham online over zoom for probably 2 years or so. I love the fact I can do them in my home, and Graham is live. So he can still correct us if need be as he can see us too as we have our cameras on. It’s a great combination of core, strength and cardio suitable for 50’s and beyond. I really enjoy the Go4Life classes - they are challenging and rewarding. The workouts are full of variety - the exercises are well rounded and designed to focus on different aspects of health and fitness. I love the group atmosphere and we are made to feel comfortable working at our own level without pressure or judgement. Graham is an exceptional personal trainer - he brings energy to every session and his great personality helps to make it lots of FUN! denise
I have been attending regularly Go For Life classes with Graham for over 3 years and have found my fitness, core strength and balance have improved considerably. Not only are the classes an excellent way to maintain fitness,core strength and muscle mass but it is a wonderful way to interact and socialize with like minded people.
