Unfriendly staff. I came in for a Botox appointment and the two front desk gals were talking about another patient who had just gone back. Went in for my treatment, it was obvious the provider was rushed and not interested in discussing my needs. Unfortunately my results reflected this, I ended up with a lazy eye that continued even after 3 months when the Botox should have worn off. I’ve been seeing Liv for last several months for facials at the Holland location and she is amazing!! Liv is so knowledgeable and informative in her work, and takes such great care of me every time I see her. Liv is such a sweet gal to be around and I always look forward to seeing her, not to mention the entire staff is always so kind! I would HIGHLY recommend Skin Renewal Spa.
