It's been one year since the entire downstairs of our house renovation was completed. I waited a year so that I could honestly say there have been no issues during the year long guarantee for the work. We've had no need to recall them to fix anything! These guys do not respect property boundaries of the neighborhoods where they work and park in the unauthorized spots. Confronted them and asked them many times to move their vehicles and they refused to work with the neighbors.

We have been working with Renewal Remodels & Additions since 2019. The first project was our kitchen and downstairs bathroom remodel, and they just recently completed work on the master bathroom. We are delighted with the level of care, service, and craftsmanship they bring to each project. Our kitchen even won a regional design award! We enthusiastically recommend them.
