I had a great experience at the Crestwood office with Dr. Vaid! I first went in two months ago for an annual and a small issue. Annual was fast, but I felt like they were thorough. Dr. Vaid diagnosed me with perioral dermatitis and gave me a prescription for a cream to try. Then she also gave me a paper script for an antibiotic to fill in case the cream didn't work, because she didn't want me to have to come back in so soon. I really appreciated this! It was wonderful to have found Dr Mark G. For many years I had a skin condition that no dermatologist could solve, but Dr Mark did. I am completely fine and grateful. The staff is wonderful, and the office is clean and welcoming.
Terrible customer service at the Crestwood office location. I waited at the desk for 5 minutes while the receptionist finished her "smoke break". She strolled in casually, the raunchy smell of stale cigarettes emanating from her sweatshirt. Sadly, odor and appearance were not her worst features. She was rude and indifferent. I felt like I was at a pawn shop, not a physician's office. I left without even seeing Dr. Vaid... and I'm very ok with it!
