Terrible customer service at the Crestwood office location. I waited at the desk for 5 minutes while the receptionist finished her "smoke break". She strolled in casually, the raunchy smell of stale cigarettes emanating from her sweatshirt. Sadly, odor and appearance were not her worst features. She was rude and indifferent. I felt like I was at a pawn shop, not a physician's office. I left without even seeing Dr. Vaid... and I'm very ok with it!
Impossible to talk to someone or get a return call from billing department. Called probably 15 times over 3-4 weeks.
Don't visit Dr. Reena Vaid. She was super condescending and didn't listen to what I had to say. She cut me off mid-sentence and talked over me like I was just some annoying patient. She didn't seem to care about my skin condition or how it was affecting me. The whole exam felt like a rushed, impersonal chore.
