I WILL NOT return to this business ever again. They DO NOT CARE about their patients. I was completely out of my medication, and instead of them simply calling the phone number my insurance provided to give a preauthorization to release my medication to my pharmacy the doctor and his staff just kept saying that they will fax it and it takes 48 hours to do so. Dr. Maggio is good. The front staff can be abrasive. It took numerous attempts to get a prescription filled and on my forth attempt calling to ask for the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy like they said it would be during my appt. three weeks prior, the staff did not seem the least bit interested. Just a quick sorry and we will try to send it again. At this point, it is hard to believe that will happen. If I go back, I will ask for a written prescription.
