I have been coming to this spa for 6 years, have brought family here, neighbors here. Last Friday night I called to schedule an appointment for my husband and I. That night he had an emergency and was taken to the hospital. It didn't matter to the spa. Instead of rescheduling us on a slower day, I was charged $90 for his missed appt. Did not matter if I had receipt from the hospital or not, I had to sit and worry if they could find someone to fill his appt. on their busiest day of the week, which they did not. My best friend and I went here yesterday and we had a fabulous time. The staff was very professional, the services were phenomenal, and the atmosphere was beyond words. We definitely recommend and will visit frequently and often.
Been to spas all over the world and this one is pretty awesome! Wonderful massage and facial.
