Fred was a very knowledgeable counsellor who, I think, blended the philosophies of professional clinical counselling, and personal talk therapy expertly. He was a good listener, asked questions that he wanted answers to, referred to his own collection of resources when he thought something would be helpful but couldn't remember all the details. He is highly recommended.
