The office and site teams at Renewal were great to deal with. Organized and quality work. They were very knowledgeable and provided valuable input for a number of complex situations. I will work with them again on the next job.
Renewal Constructions attention to detail, excellent communication practices and overall product quality, fit and finish made our 18 month podium membrane replacement project feel relatively easy. Despite the noise and bustle inherent in a construction site, the Strata Council received no complaints from residents. The crew interacted positively with everyone and were most accommodating and proactive in terms of addressing any of our questions or concerns. We are very happy and satisfied with the finished product.
Excellent workmanship, looking really good. Unfortunately took long time to accomplish. I am very satisfied of the final results.
Renewal did a great job on a large roofing area of our condo building. They kept to the schedule, were very transparent and fair regarding extras and cleaned up well after each days work. We had our own engineers monitoring the work and they were very impressed. All in all a very nice job!
Unreliable, promised to complete in March 2026, now it's for july. What year ? Lousy work hours, dragging to achieve. Please stay away from this unthrusty people.. Very unsafe and dangerous for residents, No barriers, no protection.
