I had a retractable awning installed early july this year.i was told by the sales man joe that i would have a manual overide and crank to take up awning incase of power outage.no overide and no answers from allentown office after three calls.i.m not happy with this and i would,nt tell any one to purchase a awning from betterliving at the present time.right now the way i,ve been treated they can come and get it.
From start to finish this company has been great to work with. Their sales guy was straight forward with us and didn't pressure us like other companies. The girls in customer serivice kept us up to date on the steps that they were taking and the progress of the room being built. The installers were all pleasant and respectful and the room went up pretty quickly. Our room is fantastic. We love our Betterliving Sunroom!
