I find it deceptive that their marketing strategy involves sending mass-printed mail designed to look like a handwritten, signed note. This tactic is predatory, particularly older individuals who may have difficulty seeing or recognizing the difference.
Typical high pressure sales company. Insist on coming to your home, wasting more than an hour of your time and then offer you a 20 percent off deal if you sign up then and there. On our 4 bedroom, two-story home, the price was $52,000. I almost fell out of my chair. Total rip off.
The installers were very professional and on time. They were very clean and considerate. I noticed a difference hours after the windows were installed.
Tell your salesman to p!ss off. We don’t want your junk. Thanks.
