I ordered a door in December and we still haven't received it. The worst part is we are paying for it. I have called several number and no one has returned my calls.
Andersen makes the best windows out there and working for them is a pleasure!
Your sales agents recently wandered into my gated neghborhood which has a NO SOLICITORS signs at both gates. If this happens again they will be arrested for trespassing. Rude and annoying!
They sent us an unsolicited, hand written spam letter that may or may not have implied that they trespassed onto our property to inspect our stuff to quote us.
From the first contact thru installation we had a seamless experience! We loved they had 2 different people measure BEFORE the windows were made! We received excellent communication and we truly appreciated the installation crew’s professionalism and sense of humor! Dylan and the team were very respectful and covered the areas where they were working. Aside from the brand new window and 2 sliding glass doors you would never know they were here!!
