Update: Thanks to the responsiveness and persistence of the person in charge at RBA Vermont, after many months, RBA Corporate replaced the problematic windows and I have not had any issues since. Initial post: I had 3 casement window replacements installed at my home in Feb 2020 (cost >$12900). These windows leaked when it rained. RBA Vermont's efforts to repair the leaks were ineffective so other replacement windows were installed. The crew,led by John Murphy was professional, always on time, extremely knowledgeable of their craft, left the place everyday as clean as the day before. Very impressive.
