I'm Alonzo Richardson at 1712 Bell Ranch St. Brandon FL Sterling Ranch community. I contracted with Renewal by Andersen SEP 2024 Dennis Carter (design consultant). With a window of 4-6 to manufacture. My initial install was FEB 2025. It went down hill from there. The communications was awful. Several different dates went by before an install.
