Michelle coordinated our repair and technicians Matt and Ngoc came out to replace cracked glass in a custom window. Could not be happier with our experience with Renewal by Andersen. Michelle is a responsive coordinator and Matt and Ngoc arrived early and finished the job with care and expertise in about an hour. Everything looks like new!
We love our new windows! The team of three were timely, professional and courteous. They spent time with us after to go over things, demo and answer questions we had. One of the employees even took time, after being at our house all day, to show me how to repair/replace our screens on the windows we didn't replace!
We were very pleased with the experience with Renewal by Anderson. All aspects of our interaction with Renewal by Anderson from the visit to the Showroom, to the home visit to receive the quote, to the measurement and installation was handled very professionally. We missed the first installation date due to a delay at the factory in getting our windows manufactured, but the windows came in the next week and we were quickly re-scheduled. Anderson installed 10 windows and a French door. This was the third time I relied on Anderson to replace my windows. Earlier projects included replacing sliders and other windows. They are fantastic! Always on time. Respectful of my home. Leave it spotless! Installation is beautiful. On doors it includes reframing that looks wonderful. When the rest of the renovation is complete I will have them back one final time to replace the front door. Simply the best. Worth every penny!
