If you love the feeling of being pitched like your buying a time share and want to spend about 10x the price, I highly recommend them. 93k was the quote I received. Of course he immediately dropped it to 55k, then 40k. I threw him out of my house and paid 17k for the same quality window with a better warranty
I never leave reviews but when the customer service is as bad as this I just have too! I had a consultation appt scheduled for July 15th at 6pm received a text day before for confirmation saying Tuesday July 14th at 5pm. At the time I didn’t even notice the date and text back it was suppose to be at 6pm and never had a reply back. Lorenzo and Thomas were great!!! The salesman was great as well. Everyone that we dealt with on the phone and in person were very customer oriented and were very easy to deal with!!! Ran into a bump in the road but they reassured us they were going to make it right and they have thus far. The installers (Lorenzo and Thomas) were quick, efficient and very friendly. These folks are impossible to get a hold of when your installation is not what you wanted. In addition the installation was done backwards. The product they installed was damaged . I have been in contact with a couple of people in their customer service department and they assured us that they would get back with us. That was weeks ago . I would not recommend Renewal by Anderson to my worst enemy. Highly unprofessional. No customer service whatsoever.
