A 7-man crew that came out here were on time, professional, protected our carpets, and protected any furniture with coverings that were near the windows. They closed doors while they had the windows open. So there wasn't a breeze running through the house. They still installed the windows even when we had 25+ mph winds blowing out in Red Rock Rd. We met Renewal by Andersen at a booth at the Aces game. We are in need of a window replacement so figured we'd sign up to get an estimate. They were unbelievably pushy the entire experience. I didn't want to give them my info since they already had all of my husband's info and they insisted over and over that it was a requirement for us to provide 2 people's worth of info.
