Wow. I do not understand all the positive reviews for Renewal by Andersen. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare. Yes, there has been delays. We worked worked through that. They left the entire back side of our house un-trimmed and exposed to the rains for 10 days and two weekends this spring, including Easter weekend. We worked through that. When they finally got around to finishing our trim on the back of the house, it is an absolute hack job. Corner gaps in the trim even a high-schooler would get a failing... read more
Superior workmanship. Concern for Me and my requirements in regard to the installation of many windows and doors. Working conditions were anything but perfect in Dec. and Feb: They were NOT deterred! Dan, Brian and Brandon did an excellent job installing the 5 new windows. Clean-up and finish work was great also. Very satisfied.
After researching replacement patio door companies and their products, we chose Renewal By Anderson. We are immensely pleased with the quality, construction and appearance of our new patio doors and, equally as important, the installation done by Josh. We have completed many remodeling projects in the last few years and have not always been pleased with the installers. But Josh was extremely qualified, very pleasant to deal with, knew exactly and precisely what to do, carried away the old doors, etc. and cleaned up the area ... read more
