We have had a good experience with Renewal by Anderon. The installers, Chris and Brian were excellent. Extremely professional and courteous. Our sales person, Kevin was also very friendly and professional. The only complaint we have is the length of time to receive our order. We only purchased a set of doors and one windows for the kitchen. Our date for installation kept being pushed back. It took almost 3 months. Too long!!!!
Caden was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly !
My wife and I are very pleased with our window replacement by Anderson. The whole process was very smooth from the initial contact to the finish. We were especially pleased with the quality of the work that Josh and Chase did with the installation of our windows. Quick, efficient and thorough! We were told that we would notice that the new windows would be quieter. They were spot on! Thank you Josh,Chase and Jamie for your support during the installation process. We are very happy!
I can't put words to how happy I am with my new windows and especially the installation process. Carlos, Christian, and Kyle were absolutely some of the most skilled and professional trades people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Part of the reason for picking Renewal for our window replacement was because of the all inclusive service from sales to installation and warranty.
