We recently had Renewal by Andersen replace many windows in a family home wewere renovating. They were expensive, but worth everypenny. The windowsare of the highest quality, the workerswere neat, polite, and accommodating, and they internally review the work. So, someone - noton the installation team - walked the project upon completion, found flaws, and initiated repairs and replacementsthat day. Of all the work we had done on that house, the windows were, by far, the best experience.
I had to bite the bullet and replace my biggest window and I chose RbA to do it. I am thoroughly impressed by the replacement process and the team behind it as well as the quality of the window. Definitely looking at RbA again when the other windows get replaced.
The windows are beautiful and the insulation was perfect. Alex and his team were on time, worked on in spite of the rain to complete the job. Alex cleaned up and worked to match the paint inside to perfection. They were amazing.
Great product and installation. Love them. So happy I invested in new windows that are beautiful and functional.
Replaced double French doors that had warped and asked for a quote from Andersen after a neighbor recommended them. Wow! The replacement was installed professionally to fit in the exact space, adjust for code requirements and differences in the door. The doors are beautiful and solid as a rock. While the previous doors were also custom, there is no comparison. The original doors were a little lose and the Andersen doors are air tight!!! They are expensive but no regrets!
