Just AWESOME from start to finish! Christian and crew arrived promptly at 9am and worked non stop till the job was done. They kept a very neat, clean work site and did meticulous work. I couldn't be more pleased with the product and it's installation. Yes, I paid about 20% more than my lowest quote, but the product and the installation were worth even more than that. 20 year transferable warrantee, double that of the cheaper quotes, too! At the end of the day, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! So happy I chose Renewal by Andersen!
I purchased replacement windows and doors for my home, in multiple phases, from this vendor. The Andersen product was my reason for the purchase. However, this is not the same company that makes the windows. It’s a vendor who employs people to sell and install them. There does not seem to be any supervision or oversight of anything that occurs here. Excellent experience from all aspects of Anderson windows. Sales crew and installers Antonio and Peterson were great. Installers precise and Caring!.
They did everything! Applying for permits, setting up inspections, cleaning up after themselves, two inspectors from renewal making sure the work got done properly. I’m incredibly impressed and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.
