From the day we talked with the sales rep to the completion of changing out 6 windows in our home, it only took less than 3 months. Kyrsten kept us well informed about when the windows would be completed and we had several phone calls for the installation date, as well as follow up phone calls once the project was completed making sure that everything went as planed. Had 8 windows and 1 sliding glass door replaced in 2 days. Excellent installation and excellent trim work. The installation crew cleaned up both days and did a terrific job. They always removed their shoes upon entering our home.
Got a brand new patio insert and doors. The process was smooth and they were very easy to get into contact with when I had questions. The crew was great and super knowledgeable. Their prep work was impressive and they did a great job!
