Avoid this place like the plauge! Would give zero stars if possible. Management and sales staff lack integrity and lie like we breathe! Their unprofessional installers left nails and other metal hardware all over my property when finished. Wish I had never used Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY out of Middletown. I will go with Pella for new windows for the rest of the house and a new entry door.

Had a front door and 3 windows done. From our sales rep, Adam to Phil, who did all the measurements, the staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning. The installers, Jason, Rich, Brent & Dante were aproachable while being efficient and professional. Jason kept me informed at every stage while they worked, then cleaned up as if they were never here. Thanks for doing a beautiful job!
