We love our sliding glass doors we had installed last year! What a huge difference in temperature with the heat deflecting tint. The doors slide so easily and barely make any noise.
I had high hopes for renewal by Andersen. The sales rep and everyone we met with was amazing until… Installation day: I am told previously they would be at my house from 9-11am. I get a call at 9am that said they would not be there until 11-1pm. The get another call around 10 to say they can’t make it out. They rescheduled for the next day, but I had to call out of work to make this happen. We were told the project (rather large) would be done in one day and they would have 3-4 people working on it.
