This is a follow-up to my original review of February 9, 2017. A new sash was ordered to replace the one in which the glass cracked just after insertion of a window grille pin into the bottom of the sash. Four weeks later, on 3/9/17 a technician arrived and installed a new sash. All went well until he inserted a grille pin into the bottom of the sash -- the glass cracked, again.
