Filled out information to get a quote at local mall. From there our schedules got busy and I finally told them I’d call them when we were able to connect. Since then we’ve been receiving up to 4 calls a day trying to set up an appointment. I’ve told them to stop calling…..Today 3 calls.
Great experience from start to finish!! We found the team to be very professional, polite, efficient and just really good at their jobs. Chantelle and Santana were fantastic to deal with and installation team of Vlad and Mike were really great as well!! Highly recommend their product and their service. We love our new windows!!! Thank you.
They missed my consultation appointment. I moved on and was no longer interested in their services. They called multiple times after the missed appt and I asked them to take me off their call list. I had 4 months of no calls, and now they're back to calling me multiple times per month, sometimes multiple times per week. I've blocked them, but they're still able to leave voicemails.
