High pressure, time share style sales pitch. Get all your other quotes before you call Anderson! They won't give you a quote unless both partners are present so that they can legally press you into a contract, Offering a 10% discount IF YOU SIGN TODAY!!! We did purchase from them and the windows are fine , however the ones that slide sideways are difficult to open. They then pressure you into a 5 star review during installation. Expensive AMERICAN company windows.
$60,000 for 4 doors. Salesman was very nice but $60k for 2 single entry doors and 2 sliding doors is insane. 2 1/2 hour sales pitch and the price is the last thing disclosed. I wish they were upfront in saying their prices are 10+ times the cost of every other company that manufactures and installs doors. Nice product but you can install a new door every year for 10 years and it will still be cheaper.

Renewal by Andersen staff were courteous throughout the process. Installers were straightforward and delivered great workmanship and thoroughness while keeping track of time and cleanliness. We felt a clear difference from the installation experience and didn’t have to deal with any hassles arising from the work. I would certainly recommend RA for the quality of customer experience.
