I was very pleased with the Installation crew. They were efficient and very professional. I am pleased with the overall outcome of the new windows. However, the sales person who they sent to the house originally was not able to answer all our questions or would say things like “your old windows are new construction, I can tell bc of xyz” and would be incorrect. Price has also increased over the last couple years, our old windows with the same company were approx 8k and new ones were upward of 28k
If I could negative star your company I would. 1. Your salesman lied to us about fixing a problem full well knowing that if your company did not include the service we would not have agreed to use you. Then your company did not honor what your salesmen promised us. 2. Due to not honoring what we were told we had no front 3 panel window, or bathroom window from 10/2-10/17. We had multiple days that it was cold out with an autistic 2 year old and no heat. 3. The day these issues came up your staff did not call us back for hour... read more

We are very pleased with our beautiful, well-made windows. The installation was fast and painless. Overall, a very good job was performed by all involved. The windows are attractive and have ended the drafts that we had been experiencing.

The entire process, beginning with the sales presentation to completion went smooth, and without pressure.
