Update: After 2 years one of the window seals has failed. They claim that this is wear and tear and not a warranty issue. I have made several phone calls and I am told to talk to Doreen. Well, she is always on the phone, never returns my phone calls and doesn't give me an update on the warranty issue. All I received, again, is a proposal for $2802 to replace the window that should be under warranty. This company is a scam and a fraud. If I'm paying 40k for all windows to be replaced they should at least honor their warranty.

We are very pleased with overall process of removing and replacing 4 windows and how professional the installers were. We would recommend them for future services as well as to others needing windows replaced.
