I had 7 new windows installed in my home. They are terrible they leak and not sealed properly. I've called the warranty department and I keep getting a run around. They get so much condensation build up. My old windows worked better than what I have now. They have came out 3 times and still haven't fixed the problem. They don't hold true on there warranty. I have water damage from them leaking. I'm now taking this matter to arbitration.
I was employed with him for a little over a year as an installer, I would not trust this company as far as I could throw it, The products are poorly made, and once you sign your contract, they do not care how long it takes to get your product to you and installed and they do not care about how long it takes to service it if there are any issues, They hired a manager for the Fairbanks branch who only In retail and this is a construction job very very unprofessional company
Daniel Schulmire was very personable. He did a very through job of walking us through our options, and financing. Our dog loved him too!
