The sales tactics with this company was so off putting, it was an immediate no! The company rep basically started her presentation by asking who else we have had quotes with and would not let it go. I refused to tell her. I didn’t care about her opinion of her competition. It was the ick of a used car sales person. When searching for the right company to provide them, Renewal by Anderson impressed us with the thoroughness of their procedures and their products. The windows were installed last week. The installers made sure to protect our home from any dust or debris, and their procedure was quick and efficient. Within a few hours we went from leaky 1950s windows to beautiful new energy efficient ones. Very happy with the experience from start to finish.
