Feel like I just got scammed, was apparently misquoted and was of the understanding my TOTAL would be $12,400 instead I am actually being charged double that amount. Agent was not clear and made contract discussion unnecessarily murky leading to miscommunication. Extremely shocking to be charged $24K instead of $12K. Do not recommend. $3,100 per window is astronomical.
I was at a 4 way first, going right, I turn right and then turn on my left blinker to get ready to check if anybody was coming and thankfully inside one of these guys work trucks was coming up behind me flying, he definitely didn’t completely stop, and he was definitely accelerating at unnecessary speeds, if it wasn’t for taking a friend to work, I would’ve followed the truck, got his plate and made a report
Great service, just 4 stars because kinda sucks they dnt have somebody in the office all the time, but they answerd the phone and helpd me over the phone at least🤷♂️

Everyone of my double hung windows all leak enough to form ice on the inside!! $21,000 dollars worth of junk. Would be far better off to go to home depot and buy windows. Worst buy of my entire life.
