Summary I hired Renewal by Andersen after a sales *** visited my home on March 21, 2004 and showed a small sample that made the outside view look green. The *** assured me the installed windows would match the sample and reduce heat in my front room. Renewal by ********, *********, came to our home to provide us with a quote in February 2023. We signed the agreement to install windows. We were told the company is behind and that it would not be until June of 2023 before we have our windows installed. The installation finally happened on July 29, 2023. One of the windows were faulty and they came on August 10, 2023 to fix the faulty window. The job was not completed until August 10, 2023.
