They popped up online when I searched for help replacing two small cracked windows so I sought a quote. I was not given a quote, I was told they “couldn’t” help me. Either I’m too small to be worth their time or their branding is a lie and they can’t replace residential window glass. Either way…thanks for nothing. Also, their AI assistant is absolute trash.
Lifetime warranty they say, that's on the windows, not what make the windows work, (the strings)
Just thought I'd save some folks money. We had Anderson out for a quote. Darn good windows, really good demo. However , my local guys were 9500.00, Anderson was 55000.00. Just ridiculous, and they were 6 months out. I had my new nice windows in a few weeks. So glad I didn't bite on that fly, the fish here are even smarter than that. Sorry Anderson!
They won't leave us alone. We block their number and then they just use a different number to contact us. They email, they text and they won't stop calling. They attempt to call every single day. We had zero work done with them.
This place is a rip off. Super expensive and try to take advantage of the elder!
