They won't leave us alone. We block their number and then they just use a different number to contact us. They email, they text and they won't stop calling. They attempt to call every single day. We had zero work done with them.
This place is a rip off. Super expensive and try to take advantage of the elder!
No show, for appointment. Think we have another appointment set up, no show again. The call centers have no clue, from area to area. Terrible customers service.
Not impressed! We decided to get a new sliding door going out to our patio. We ordered it in August and they said it would be ready the first of November but December came and we hadn’t heard from them. We thought they would have at least let us know it was going to be late but nothing but they finally called the middle of December and wanted to come the next day so we had to hurry and get everything out of the kitchen that night. I was in need of some new basement windows and a replacement patio door. My brother and sister in law had just replaced all of their windows this summer and were very happy with Renewal by Anderson. I gave them a call they were here the next day and then the following day after that to measure. They kept me up to date and notified me when they would be here to do the work.
