The "Design Consultant" (saleswoman) was dishonest and misleading. Most likely trained by the company to be this way. The windows and installation are overpriced. I would recommend getting estimates from Lake Washington Windows and Marvin Windows first. They have a lot higher reviews and seem more reasonably priced.
I was interviewed to work there. I did not accept the offer. I'm pretty sure they sold my date.
