I would give 6 stars if possible. I want to put a tip here that if you are interested in windows be ready to sign when they come as this will save you a lot of money. I have a 1952 home and the windows were original, I wanted to keep the same look and Brad Dickie came for our meeting, he went through everything and helped us come up with a design that would be functional and preserve the same aesthetic appearance. Update: May 2nd, 2025. Updated to one star. The trim crew left my house without consulting me, and my wife signed off on the work without inspection. The parts came in last week, and no effort was made to finish the job early. Drywall was left all over one of the windows, and the trim work is just pathetic. Of course, nobody is calling me back. Shane & Ryan were great. They explained everything that was going to happen with the installation of our new windows and went over exactly what we ordered to make sure everything was correct.
I'm very pleased with my new windows and their professionalism. They had allowed a day and a half to do the job but they got 12 windows done in 5 hours!
