UPDATE 8/19 - Renewal by Anderson has not reached to find a resolution. Five star windows, zero star installers. The installation was plagued by poor communication and disregard for property - earning the 1 star rating. A treasured garden sculpture, far from any window, was trampled to make a short cut. We had our windows replaced with Renewal by Andersen this past week. The entire process was great starting with our Design Consultant Edward Pawlik. He gave us all the necessary information without pressure and was totally responsive through the entire process. The installation team was great and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look amazing and we can already tell a huge difference in the temperature of our hottest rooms.
