We had 3 windows and a patio door replaced by Rick and Lane over the course of 2 days. The quality of the windows is excellent, as others have reported. There's a noticeable difference in heat transmission as compared to our old windows. Rick and Lane did a great job on the installation. They did an excellent job of protecting rooms and carpets, and they cleaned up each day, inside and out. They patiently answered my questions and dealt with all issues raised by my wife or me. Attempted to schedule a bathroom window replacement and was told there is a 3 window minimum purchase. Thanks for trying to squeeze money of me for no reason. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend for smaller jobs.
