Very helpful, we bought a complete system about 8 years ago for a remote cabin, then added and expanded with auto generator start and cell phone access. We don’t know anything about repairs, as it has never failed us!

came in on memorial day weekend looking for water pump for my cabin,, had what I needed, in and out 15 minutes, great people and service.
Not sure how there's so many 5-star reviews for this company, other than people not researching products and companies. The sales people here are reminiscent of shady used car salesmen, flakey, no follow through - unless they think you have enough money for it to be worth their while. We were completely brushed off and ignored when we tried to ask pertinent questions- It's blantantly clear that they like people who just want to throw money at them and not ask questions- because their pricing is completely asinine ludicrous. ... read more
