Excellent service! After having battery issues on our system, Eddie worked after hours, on the weekends, even on avacation to help us change settings on our system to troubleshoot the issues. It took time, and patience to change settings to see how it'd work. But in the end they fixed the issue and our system is working flawlessly! These guys know their stuff on solar energy, awesome customer service! Thank you RES!!! 😊
We have had RES provide a battery backup system for our home, and next spring they will be putting in a solar system for us. RES has been great to work with. I started with a single battery, charge controller, and inverter/charger that I got from them. It was all set up ready to go and they have helped me expand the system since. They are great at problem solving and they make sure the customer is happy after any issues that may happen.
