I was born and raised in small town in Germany. At age 15 I started my apprenticeship as an Electrician. 4 years later I graduated as a journeyman. The first exposure to the fledgling Photo Voltaic (Solar) industry began in 1986 / 1987. Emigrated to Canada in 1988 and became a licences journeyman in early 1989and worked in the trade until 1991. I was having a hard time finding the appropriate solar connectors and wiring to properly connect my DIY system. After lots of searching I was finally recommended Helmut through Charge Solar in Barrie. I cannot thank him enough for the expertise and knowledge of solar systems and electrical safety! He really helped me figure out what I needed and did it in a timely manner as well ! Thanks again Helmut!!

I have never received such incredible customer service this good. Not only is Helmut knowledgeable about his products but his passion for figuring out the solutions to any problem makes him great. I was nervous to take on being completely solar powered with there being so much to learn but he walk me through it step by step and was alway available to answer question. Thanks again Helmut
