I was recommended Lyndy after asking around for an “exceptional naturopath”. I found that and so much more! I had been left feeling very deflated after a gp suggested I take anti anxiety/depression medication. Whilst I was tempted by the quick fix, it didn’t feel right. I started seeing Lindy at the end of 2021, I feel like I have an inner calm and a better mind set and I felt like work was easier leading into the busy Christmas rush. I would highly recommend to anyone.
