I was recommended Lyndy after asking around for an “exceptional naturopath”. I found that and so much more! I had been left feeling very deflated after a gp suggested I take anti anxiety/depression medication. Whilst I was tempted by the quick fix, it didn’t feel right. I have been seeing Lyndy for many years. She is absolutely amazing . She is my go to person for any health issue. I had frozen shoulder and with her wonderful skills I'm 100%. My daughters and sister both see her too. I highly recommend Lyndy.
