I had been in pain from my sciatica nerve in my left leg for over two weeks when I came in for a massage. I explained what was going on to Karrie and she went to work on my legs thru massage and exercise. When I left after my appointment I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the pain was gone and I was no longer limping. The pain and limping has not returned in the past 2 weeks. I highly recommend Karrie for giving a massage.
I opted for the hour and half session and was very glad I did. So worth it. I had a few massages in the past but this one far exceeded my expectations. Deep muscle and tension release. I was impressed that Rachelle could tell my pain points without having to mention them. So glad I did this and would definitely recommend their services.
They were quick to get me in, flexible when I needed to change times and everyone was friendly and professional during my visit.
Great massage!! We discussed what was going on with me. Rachel explained everything that she felt. She wotked on some specific muscles and I could feel the difference afterwards.
