Recd eyebrow services a few months ago. They fired the lady that did my eyebrows. They were suppose to send me to another specialist! NEVER HAPPENED! Won't refund me, now I have to go in to see get a refund. One person says one thing the other says another. The NP isnt very kind by the way! Not professional, not reliable business, not good. Think twice before making an appointment at Renew.

Almost a year ago, I was given a $75 gift certificate to Renew You. It was about to expire so I ran in to see what products I could purchase. The front desk girl had such an elitist attitude and asked what I wanted. I told her I really didn’t know because I wasn’t familiar with their products.
