Recently went to tour apartments here and we were so delighted with our experience we have decided to move forward with lease signing! Not only are the spaces gorgeous, the office staff have been super helpful and have answered any questions we've had so far. I've lived here for about two years now and just signed for a third. The application and move-in process was quick and easy with Miranda, and the rent raises have been minimal and reasonable. The apartment size is pretty large, especially compared to others in the area, and the closet space is plenty! Parking wise, I've never had any issues finding parking in front of my building. I've only had to call maintenance once, and it was taken care of immediately, even though it wasn't an emergency. I can't speak for every building... read more
Me and my boyfriend just got approved for these apartments and I’m so so excited. We put in an application and week ago and they got back to use within like 5 days saying we were approved. They are super fast and responding and super helpful. Me and my boyfriend aren’t even moving till June and they are super accommodating about our time line and what works for us. Can’t wait to start living here!
Find any other place and save thousands of dollars. Not worth the money
