I enjoyed this place until they took me to court to evict me over $170.30. At the time of filing they filed on 24 July and at that time I owed them $170.30… That’s barely more than the court cost. They’re very predatory. They also do not spray for pest but charge a pest fee so Essentially every single tenant that’s living here is getting scammed.. I’m certified by the MDNR. I recently moved in to ReNew Woodlake and have had a great experience so far. Miranda was super helpful with getting everything in order with signing, and Dawn was very helpful showing me around and with the move-in process. The maintenance man, Cooper, has fixed all of my apartment concerns in a timely manner. Everyone has been really helpful and kind!
Recently went to tour apartments here and we were so delighted with our experience we have decided to move forward with lease signing! Not only are the spaces gorgeous, the office staff have been super helpful and have answered any questions we've had so far. We were lucky to have Miranda as our helpful guide and she provided us with a packet filled with tons of helpful information. She walked us through everything and answered any questions we had.
