This program works with you to lose weight. You get Dr visits, nutritionist visits and the ability to stay committed with twice weekly visits. I am down 20lbs in just 6 weeks. Thank you!!!!

Please do not do this to your body. It is not based on current human nutrition knowledge. This was one of the most disrespectful things I ever did to myself out of desperation to lose weight. I looked great for years but it was not sustainable long term and caused muscle loss and lack of stamina because of starvation. Please work with a certified nutritionist who is trained in current theory. If you’re determined to do this anyway the service is four stars.
